Get-2-Goal provides personalized weight goals using years of trends and data that have been collected by Geisinger, it allows for tracking weight over time, and it calculates probability of surviving the procedure and probability of resolving diabetes (for diabetes patients) based on information entered in your personal profile. You can also read success stories from many patients.
